I am looking for someone who wants to
Invest and make money and has to do almost nothing .

2015 I started at a little health and wellness shop supplement / sports nutrition etc

The business was 19 years old
Making approx 350k gross per yr

I started 2015 , 2016 took over running, purchasing , day to day operations

I saw a need coming from a family of addicts for people who genuinely want to stop using illegal drugs but need something to help .

Something for anxiety , pain , energy , mood etc

So I started to source products that worked but approached it from a harm reduction standpoint.
Education , products that delivered and not just flashy labels and marketing gimmicks

It started taking off

I left July last year to open my own shop

I started as the only employee
350k gross per year

We have 10 years continuous YOY growth
When I left there was 8 full time employees
An e commerce site , and gross 4.8 million yearly

Unfortunately…
About 2 weeks after leaving I was hacked and my info was leaked on the dark web .

My iCloud was taken over and I got locked out of all my accounts and passwords

I couldn’t even prove who I was to the credit card companies because I could not receive 2fa codes or emails

Long story short . I had to put the business on the back burner , truly what happened felt like spiritual warfare , everything that could have went wrong reclaiming my identity went wrong .

I am looking for a partner/ investor
Who wants to help me open a a small shop
And collect profit

If your interested beings hands on great otherwise I will run everything and do what I have done for the last 10 years and that’s serve my community .

I have a track record , customer reviews , numbers for everything we did . All KPIs etc

I took a chance and apparently something in the universe said it was bad timing

I actually hate that I am doing this bc
I shouldn’t need help
but I have no option , no family to help , still fixing credit etc

I am in DE area .

So long long story short
In July I was hacked
My iCloud was compromised and locked out all of my apps were locked out or I didn’t have the passwords memorized

At the suggestion of the phone company I got a new number

And I created a new email bc the old one was taken.

What I didn’t anticipate was having issues my self trying to very my identity .

I could no longer receive 2fa texts or emails

I tried to contact every company as best I could
And was able to only miss like 1-2 payments for most
But Citibank
Made me wait for a security code to come in the mail to prove my identity before discussing any info even tho I had my security word

I also asked for a physical copy of all charges because I no longer had online access to the account to see if charges were all mine or what .

They sent the copies but missed 2 months
( I asked them to go back a few months just incase I was getting small charges I missed )

So I had to wait again for regular mail

All toll was probably 4 weeks

I explained to them what had happened and was assured there would be an investigation and my account would be frozen until all confirmation

Well they ended up cutting my card off which was fine because I get it they didn’t want any fraud . Understandable

But they also closed my account permanently
And sent my debt to a collection agency

I called back and basically got no where

I submitted a report to the credit bureaus and CFPB and I did receive a call from CITI
That I missed but the women left a voicemail and a reference number and told me to call back

I called back and tried to give a reference number to the customer service rep
And he told me I was wrong and they do not deal with reference numbers ( even though I had one )

I am at a loss I don’t know what to do or if I should just give up .
I followed their security protocol and was penalized for it

I submitted police reports , call dates and even letters from them stating suspicious activity .

I got nowhere , if anyone has any suggestions this ruined my credit
It was my main card and carried a pretty high balance .

All I wanted to do was pay my bill and I couldn’t

I never regained any access to my card or online accounts .

I was then about 2 months later cut off from capital one and Kohl’s
No reason given other than “ inconsistent with typical user activity “ which I have no idea what that means

Kohls carried no balance at all and capital one was in good standing ( I missed 1 payment during the summer due to the account takeover)

Prior to this no late payments ever
For years .

It’s so frustrating that a company would handle a situation this way
I literally had no control over
I will never deal with Citi bank ever again due to the poor customer support they gave me

I wasn’t looking for anything other than access and ended up with ruined credit and that affected me opening a business and much more .

Any one who had dealt with similar or can offer any info I would really appreciate it .
