Hello, I'd like a bit of help with getting my granddad's watch working again since it's an heirloom he left for me.

I don't know how to resize the bracelet nor can I find this exact bracelet online.

Also is the battery as simple to replace as it looks, by unscrewing the 4 screws on the back?
