Morning all, not sure if this counts as housing or legal advice but I'll try here first.

This afternoon I have the sad duty of dealing with the valuation of my late mum's house by two local estate agents.

My question is, will it be a quick 'once over" of the accommodation/condition, or will they need details on the age or date of any works/boiler installed/double glazing etc? Obviously I've never had to deal with this before and I don't want to be scrabbling for paperwork whilst they're in the house.
