Does anyone else feel mentally lighter after owning less stuff?
Over the past year I have been slowly cutting down on things I dont actually use, and I honestly did not expect it to affect me mentally as much as it has.The space feels calmer, cleaning takes less time, and I spend less energy keeping track of random clutter, It is not even about minimalism in an extreme way, just realizing I was holding onto a lot of things out of habit more than actual need.
