Sued by cap one and lawyer didn't show

I "won" my lawsuit, well they can still appeal and if they do I need a lawyer, but the judge comes out and she goes "you called and asked for a continuance at 9:45 this morning" (we had to be there at 10:15) and I was like "uhhh no" it was the lawyers office who called and asked for a continuance and there was a miscommunication and she said she was me, then they we're trying to mess aroud with me around and have me try and contact them again even though they don't pick up and we emailed them trying to set up a payment plan and we got nothing back, they've been doing this since December, so she ruled in my favor.

If they file for an appeal what happens? We wouldn't go back to that same judge right? How expensive exactly is a lawyer or should I not even worry about this?
