2 year old Goodman ultra low nox furnace nothing but problems. I’ve had two different companies come out and try to diagnose this thing and both have had different answers. One said the igniter might need to be replaced and told me the only way to change the igniter would be to remove half the components and gave me a crazy quote. I was easily able to remove and inspect igniter with simple ratcheting wrench. Any way resistance across igniter and voltage to igniter all check out so not sure his logic on that. Another technician said I needed new control board because he couldn’t figure out what was wrong exactly. The guy who installed it came out about a year ago and replaced the inducer when this all started and this did not remedy anything. The video above shows pretty much what happens 4/5 times there is call for heat. The other times it does this startup and eventually ignites and blower runs before lockout. Any help would be appreciated!
