Traditional twin block device or Invisalign version for 10 year old
Our 10 year old has severe over bite and under pronounced jaw. The orthodontist has given us two options, a twin block device or Invisalign option that does the same thing to bring her jaw forward. Seems like cons of traditional twin block are bulkiness and compliance of wearing (difficult to speak), while Invisalign is less bulky and easier to talk but still have the compliance factor. Does anyone have any experience with either that can help us make our decision?
