Switch from Samsung to Garmin or Pixel

I previously had the Samsung pro 5. Loved that watch but as it’s aging the lag got too much.
I recently bought the Samsung watch 9, 40mm. The watch is very nice, light and I love the newer features.
But the battery drain is crazy. I can’t get a full day out of it.
I didn’t buy a smartwatch to have to turn most of the features off.
I sleep with it and during the day it’s either running Spotify or audiobook controls while at work.
I wouldn’t say I’m heavy for fitness but do use the walking, hiking, swimming features.
I love the body composition in Samsung. Connected to a Samsung phone.

I’ve had Garmin back in the early days before I switched my phone. And don’t mind the look of the pixel.

Has anyone done the switch recently? Which would you recommend? Not looking for anything with subscriptions. Australia if that makes any difference. Cheers

Muscle rebuild while frozen

So I’m happily frozen at the moment, no more pain but obviously short range of motion.
I’ve noticed the upper arm getting a bit flabby and soft.
What exercises would be recommended to help tone up without putting strain on the shoulder? What have you found that helps. Thanks

How do I know what stage I'm in..

I started noticing the pain last November 2025 in my right arm. Felt like an injection pain that moved to a dead arm. A constant ache.

Continued until I couldn't undo a bra, dressing hurt and brushing my hair.

I dont have a lot of movement and being a side sleeper who like her arms above her sleeping isn't fun. Ive learnt to sleep on my back but wake in such pain because I don't seem to move much during the night everything is stiff.

I dont have a lot of pain these days. A tightness in the neck which goes down to shoulder blade some days. I have a physical job which I can handle but I still get zingers if I reach for something without thinking the wrong way.

Does the pain go away totally when its frozen. Or am I frozen with odd bouts of pain.

Thanks all.
