Hi all.

I've moved to a new flat. And a few things need to be renovated/fixed, which have been approved by the landlord/agent. But I am at work throughout the week, and can't give them access to my flat, only get home at around 6/on weekends. The contractors have now added a cost to their quote to come in the weekend but the landlord/agent refuse to pay this cost, they told me I have to make myself available/have someone there during the week to let the contractors in. But I don't have anyone/cant take time off work, what can I do?

Yes yes, I've revently moved, and after said move, my rig doesnt start anymore, I don't have my tools/space set up yet to do a deep dive myself and at work all day, so looking for a technician to come out and have a look at it, anyone use a good/reputable service?
