I need help surviving in the Underneath.

I have max-level golem armor and nearly max-level weapons. You can see my baubles in the bottom right of the screenshot; they’re all Undying/Violent.
Should I trade any of my baubles for something else?

I’d say I’m generally very well equipped; I also have enough battle burritos and wine. Still, there are parasites in the Underneath that can knock my health (especially body-health) down to half a heart in a single hit.
Is there anything I can do to avoid that?

Can the green goo kill dragons? Found these two dead in the parasite biome.

Hi everyone,
I'm currently in a Brutal Tower for the second time, trying to farm Brutal Coins, but no parasites are spawning. Does anyone know why that is? All the other monsters are spawning normally. The tower is in the right biome, and parasites spawn normally in the Lost City, for example. Any ideas?

There's this crafting recipe in Sentient Armor—what's the point of it? I don't notice any difference between the regular items and the newly crafted ones, except for “Recipe By CraftTweaker2"
