when i’m having supper is it safe to eat one serving so that my stomach can shrink jw bc i heard some people did that and even my friend that went on omad he did that but yeah i was jw bc i been doing it for 5 months and i lost weight through my legs and arms and some parts on my body but yeah my stomach did kinda shrink but i kinda want it like flat yk
