I am selling my house and I need to fix this window. It hasn't really opened properly since I moved in, but I didn't care much until now.

After looking at it, I was able to put the little prong thingies back into the slots that hold the window up when you go to open it. However, they just kinda come back out on one side. It genuinely seems like the window "frame" is too wide for the window itself?

I don't know what I'm doing, but any help is appreciated.
