Suitability asking for more info
To put it simply. I am stressed to the point I'm feeling physically ill and haven't eaten in 2 days going to 3. I also have a constant headache.
I obtained a letter asking for more proof regarding my IRS debt and other debts. They want me to show payments and that I have been trying to pay back. The issue is. I haven't paid back anything or made payments and I fear they will take it wrong.
Let me back up a bit. Last year year around November I filed for non collectible for my irs taxes. I was told it was granted like 3 times on the phone but never obtained prof and my irs page doesn't show that. On the other high debts. One vanished from my bank account where I made the payments. I never heard of it again but it does show on my credit report as active. On the other for a car I have yet to obtain a call or letter for it from any collections yet the credit page says it is under collection. The other for a furniture from back in 2020. I had called to cancel the agreement I was told no I couldn't by phone. On the item I never picked it up. I never obtained anything. No first payment was done because I never got the item and I did cancel the agreement. I have no proof to show on any of this issues.
The big one.
I got fired from a jib for tardiness. This was due to long commute. I reported it on my first suitability bg check which I never obtained answer if I passed or not. On this time I forgot if I did or not. The agent is saying I didn't and is acting like I did it on purpose to hide info. I did not. All my jnfo was the same from my first suitability act and i just updated what should be updated. I had also encountered an issue where the system refused to let me move on until I removed some info and years of jobs. I don't know why.
The biggest one
On one job I was fired because I was working from Mexico and used a VPN. That was all I did. But they have been labeling me that I breached security and did pii theft. I never did. Not once. All I did was use a VPN to work from home on Mexico cause otherwise in the USA I'm homeless and living in a car. Which is far more dangerous to work from by logging into random free internet. I do live in Mexico due to my financial hardships which hasn't picked up in more than 6 years due to job insecurity and later thefts occurring at my home, health issues and other issues I won't go into detail.
Furthermore, the first time during suitability the agent asked me why I couldn't go to their offices. That job had opened an office and wanted us to drive 2 times a day to a location thst was 1 and a half hour at most from my home. I stated I couldn't and provided proof but they also held it against me and combined it with the VPN issue. They basically held my health as me being criminal. When I had provided them with a doctors letter stating why and had even mentioned on my email if they wanted the test results which said I was critically anemic and in danger of a collapse, thus couldn't drive long distances nor do much physical activity. Which I couldn't anyways because I was highly exhausted and often dozed a lot while driving, it was hard to stay awake. Then they added that I sold information and other stuff when no. All I did was work from Mexico and use a VPN to be able to do my duties. It wasn't breach of information and selling information. It was misconduct.
But now I'm stressing because I know I'm going to be barred. I will be denied and I will no longer work with Orr which is the only job thst pays well and the only one I know how to do. No other jobs take me, if there are any cause my area is dried up. I also have 0 savings so I can't survive with one 1 week of no pay. Debts are eating me. I'm one step of just ending all and now this is stressing me more
I know no matter me saying the truth it will be ignored and the company believed more. Because thst is what it seems. In their eyes I'm a criminal and me saying and sticking to the truth won't change it. I just don't know what to do
