As the title suggests, please help to suggest what to do to get rid of that flat view. I've seen advice saying focusing glute max will help, and less hip abduction (which I do often).
Any advice will be appreciated because I am verge of thinking all my workout and effort is going down the drain.
Currently training glutes 2 times per week. But on a calorie deficit to get rid of water retention. I definitely need to eat more to get back on my caloric needs.
