Do I need to cancel my EX claim?
Ok, in 2023, I filed a claim for my shoulders that got denied. I just filed another EZ claim for my shoulders because I thought after a year that’s what you’re supposed to do, but I’m being told I should have filed a supplemental 0995 instead. Even though it’s been over a year. If so, how do I get my EZ claim canceled so I can file a 0995?
