hypothetically, should i accept an offer with big4 for safety reasons before rankings come out, and renege big4 for a better opportunity.

I am fearful of blacklist from entirety of big4 as well as other big 4 companies. is this worth the risk. For context, Im trying to get roles outside of accounting but big4 roles are my safety job.
