On days that I go to work I wake up a couple of hours early to do my full workout for the day, then go to work and have my free time after.

But on my days off I usually do errands and then in between doing dishes or laundry or whatever else I’ll do a few reps here and there, usually totalling more reps per muscle group than if I’d been doing my usual morning block.

Is there a negligible difference in splitting up working out like this? Ive only been working out for about a year and I do all of it in my office/home gym.
