How widely are AI customer interview tools like Outset, Listen Labs or SelkoDialog used?

I am wondering how widely are these modern AI customer research tools adopted, that automatically interview your customers?

I am referring to tools like Outset, Listen Labs or SelkoDialog, where I can have an AI agent interview our customers for feedback or churn reasons and then summarize the findings.

Is this something widely adopted in customer success or are we still in the early days with just a few early adopters experimenting?

And a question to those who have already adopted these technologies: are you replacing surveys and real person interviews with them? Or are they merely complementing them?
