Do you think YouTube generally promotes free expression, or do you think its algorithm and moderation discourage certain viewpoints?

Why do you feel that way? If you have examples, please share them. I'm also interested in whether you think toxic behavior is a necessary tradeoff for free expression or whether it harms meaningful discussion.
