I’m 25 and currently making about 100k with a 25 minute commute, but recently received 2 offers significantly farther away. One offer is 180k but a 2 hour drive and the other is about 160k for an hour and 15 minute drive (Both without including DMV traffic). The benefits at both offers are significantly better than my current position.

My lease is up in December so I could move closer to one of these positions eventually.

Is taking one of these positions worth it?
