Stubhub issues at Gateway East

I’ve encountered this issue a few times now when trying to buy tickets for the Gateway garage.

Often, I will see a ticket listed for the garage and see prices that seem too good to be true. But sometimes there are listings for that garage that are close enough to believable in price that I’ve bought, only to have the ticket location change upon delivery.

Stubhub won’t help. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
