Guys, mujhe ADHD haii.. mai dropper hu.. aur mera jee advanced hai 9 dino me.. mera potential hai 150-160 laane ka mai confident bhi hu par ADHD ki wajah se consistently and long focus hours me padhai nahi kar paa rha hu... bohot jaldi mind exhaust ho jata hai aur fir mai doomscrolling krne lag jaata hu.. mai pichle 6-7 dino se library se plan krke jata hu ki rat ko dinner ke baad koi phone nhi use karunga sirf chemistry ke pyqs karungaa but max 1-2 din krta hu waise fir agle din se i end up scrolling till late night...jiski wajah se sleep schedule bhi irregular haii.. maybe many of you would have been facing this problem so drop advice that works..
