I’ve made the decision to get to a healthy weight for the better. I started mid March increasing my meals but I restarted my diet in April when I realised I need to be counting calories. I’ve been eating a solid 2500 average weekly when my regular was 1000 for a very long time and my maintenance is around 1500. I thought I saw progress last week but that’s when I learnt that water retention is a thing! At this stage I’ve been at it for 3.5 weeks. When can I expect to start seeing actual progress? I just don’t want to look skinny anymore
