Guys, I started a journey to lose weight exactly 36 days ago by doing a diet of protein and fiber up to a 1200~1300kcal a day, I'm 24 years old 176 cm/5'9 I was on a pretty bad shape (still am) with around 118kg/260 pounds, now, 36 days later I'm at 104kg/229 pounds, I try to beat 125 to 150g of protein everyday to not lose muscle, but I want to do better on my journey, but I just hate going to gym, and I have a uncanny fear of getting cramps on my body, any advice on how to improve? On my diet or some exercises that wont get me ded with abdominal or calf cramps (idk why but it keeps happening when I exercise), thx in advance
