Hi There, I am a freelance appointment setter with 7 years experience in BPO industry handling customer service, sales and tech support. I recently worked as an appointment setter with a college admissions company for the past two years however they fully transitioned to AI since they have been known enough and prospecting and outreach isn't a priority.
