Going through a slump, what should I do?

I’ve gotten into my slump, not my first, but this is the first time I’m not sure what to focus on. Previously I just drilled shot making with the spot to spot drill and also fundamentals with the Mighty X.

However, recently I’ve just been really uncomfortable down on the shot and my shot picture either always looks wrong, or looks perfect but I miss real thick a lot, possibly something to do with a stroke defect as i feel myself wavering when I take my backswing.

Another thing is that I have definitely played less due to work, and I understand I need to put in the hours, but in general I’ve never felt so weird when I’m shooting and lacked confidence in the fundamentals as I do right now.

Planning to go back to the Mighty X to get my stroke back in shape but is there any other advice anyone can give? I have no fargo but I was last at about an APA 5-6. Primary game is 9 foot 9 ball.
