I'm facing an issue am trying to done the id verification using id check app and its showing mismatch because of ukvi account information, and there is no option to edit the old passport number to new passport number which i linked with my e-visa. I have created a ticket and written the issue and attached all the documents visa confirmation mail, issue triggered screenshot and old and new passport and am waiting for response or resolve but its been 4 days and no update yet?
Let me know anyone fixed this.
I did some research and its showing that ukvi home office will update it from back end with their technical team and it might take 10 days.
Anyone have any idea please do reply.
