Sharing my experience, still no diagnosis

Hi everyone, I (24m) have suffered from IBD symptoms on and off for a bit more than a month now. I have lost about 10-11kg since.

The first time I started noticing symptoms, I felt really nauseous and dizzy, puked, went to ER and they said I have high BP and gave me a pill for that and an injection for the nausea. Told me it was all anxiety. The day after, I kept having diarrhea, so I went to see a doctor, who told me I had a stomach virus and told me to take Probiotic, Pantoprazole and Nifuroxazide + diet. I did that, but barely ate, maybe some soup, a banana, some strawberries and bread. I finished the whole box of Nifuroxazide (about 4-5 days) and I noticed I lost some weight, so I switched back to regular food.

A few days passed and I still felt kinda sick in my stomach, maybe anxious as well, and I had yellow diarrhea a couple of times, so I panicked a bit and went to a doctor again. I still suspected these were stomach virus symptoms so I told her and she told me to keep taking Pantoprazole and to eat cooked chicken and vegetables. I ate some soup, with a broccoli/cauliflower/carrot frozen mix that I cooked. When I pooped the next time, my poop had a normal color and consistency. She also did my bloodwork and fecal analysis and everything turned out fine, which I saw as a green flag. She told me to continue this diet for 2 days and then switch back to normal. And so I did. I had some gas/stomach issues, can't really describe it, but I felt like something was wrong with me. I ate pizza, barbeque, drank coca cola zero etc.

One day I was out with friends, feeling kinda weird in my stomach/throat and so. I drank fresh squeezed orange juice in a bar and it made me feel so much better and my symptoms stopped for a couple of days, maybe a week, so I stopped taking Pantoprazole.

Then, one night, I got anxious while eating because a piece of food got stuck in my throat and I made myself vomit. I went to ER because I panicked and they told me to go see a psychiatrist. I vomited some more later and took 3mg bromazepam to calm down and sleep.

The next morning, I started feeling sick in my stomach and a weird anxious, panicky feeling in my head, can't really describe it. I still continued eating like I always did, although I had a really low appetite and kept losing weight.

A kinda traumatic situation happened where I panicked a lot, I will not disclose details here, everything turned out fine, but I didn't sleep for almost the whole night. The next morning, I felt sick again and ate some sandwiches, a nut bar, which was not enough food so I ate soup when I came home, which made me feel nice.

When I woke up, I had diarrhea again, so I went to the doctor and she told me to take Pantoprazole, Probiotic, Antimetil, and Simethicone + active charcoal, and track my blood pressure.

I kept having stomach aches, yellow stool and anxiety attacks, so I scheduled an appointment with a gastroenterologist, he basically told me to stop taking Pantoprazole and to do some analysis for blood, stool and go see a cardiologist, and have an abdominal ultrasound.

Cardiologist told me to check some hormones and cortisol levels, I was also given ringer solution via IV. She told me I need to wear a holter for EKG and BP.

In the meantime, I had the ultrasound, and the radiologist saw 4-5 enlarged lymph nodes in the area around the appendix/where the small intestine meets the large intestine. She also said I have micro cysts on my thyroid. So she told me to do lab for that, and to have an exam with an abdominal surgeon to see his opinion.

Bloodwork I did for the gastroenterologist turned out I have calprotectin level of 621. My amylase and lipase levels are also a bit higher than normal. My FT4 is also just above the normal levels.

Yesterday, when I came to do bloodwork for cortisol, I felt fine until the evening, when I started feeling pain and cramps after eating, and i felt dizzy, so I vomited, had diarrhea, couldn't sleep. It was 2am, so I went to the ER and they gave me a buscopan injection and dismissed me, told me we can treat your current symptoms, the other has to be treated by your doctors.

I managed to fall asleep because of the buscopan, slept less than 4h, and went to the doctors to deliver my urine sample and put on the holter. But I was feeling really sick, so they appointed me to the general practice doctor (sorry, English is not my primary language) because the Gastroenterologist starts working at 6pm (it was 9am when i went to the clinic). She was really nice, gave me a NaCl IV with buscopan and a Glucose IV, and told me to do bloodwork for tumor markers, just in case.

The IVs made me feel better, and my gf's mom contacted a cardiologist from another clinic to see me, which I did. She said I might have colitis and contacted a chef Gastroenterologist, for which I have an appointment tomorrow. My symptoms feel worse now that i came home and tried to eat. Wish me luck.
