How to Handle LVP Open Ends
So I'm about to have Lifeproof LVP installed in my new build All-Purpose/Mud/Laundry Room. Room has wash sink, washing machine, dryer, & fridge along back wall; there's going to be a work island in the middle. I've read in a bunch of places DO NOT run LVP under cabinets, appliances, anything heavy or semi permanent, as it will buckle. OK, I know to have the installer run the LVP around the island leaving a quarter inch that will be covered by a toekick. What do I do with the "open end" at that runs into the row of appliances listed above & my wash sink - How do I terminate the flooring since I'm not supposed to run it beneath the appliances? Need some help, as I want to be ahead of my installer, and be able to tell him what exactly I want.
