for example--
in 2012 the cost for a 2 bhk was 3 times my CTC
in 2015 the cost for a 2 bhk was 4 times my CTC
in 2019 the cost for a 2 bhk was 6 times my CTC
in 2025 the cost for a 2 BHK is 4 times my CTC
