I’m a 22F working at an Indian product company as a sales executive, and the last two hikes were honestly very disappointing compared to my colleagues. A little context: this is my first job, and I joined when I was 20 as an intern before being converted to a full time employee.
I’ve been thinking about switching jobs, but I’m not sure if I should because of the current Al situation. I might get an opportunity to travel to the United States next year, so I’m wondering if it’s worth waiting.
