curious what people’s experience is have been with getting a Sjogren’s diagnosis. im early 40s female. Recently tested ANA screen positive, ANA pattern speckled . History of Raynaud’s disease, chronic yeast infection infections, extremely dry eyes that are always bloodshot. I’ve had more fatigue in last two years and developed night sweats but have associated those two symptoms with perimenopause and stress. also have become a ‘sensitive skin’ person and have become allergic to certain adhesives and gotten yeast overgrowth on my skin as well as an unexplained red rash that lasted for about a week. I’ve not had any joint pain or mouth sores so im not sure how well I fit the profile.

I am seeking medical advice and further testing from a rheumatologist but of course can’t get in for a bit, so I’m just curious other peoples journeys.
