Kendrick Perkins reveals the reason why Monty Williams was fired.
In his discussion of the controversy surrounding NY Giants QB Jaxson Dart's meeting with President Trump, Kendrick Perkins revealed what he heard was the real reason why Monty Williams was fired as coach. "He was bringing too much religion in the locker room". Has anyone else heard of this? I always assumed he was fired because he was a terrible coach that one season.
