It’s my husband’s birthday next week and I’m trying to plan a fun birthday weekend in Paso Robles or SLO. He’s definitely more into beer than wine, so I was thinking about doing some brewery tours/tastings instead.

Has anyone done the Firestone Walker Barrel Cellar Tour before? Was it worth it? And is Firestone Walker actually really good or more of a touristy spot?

Also open to any other brewery recommendations in Paso or SLO that would be fun for a birthday weekend. Looking for good beer + good vibes more than anything. Thanks!!
