I need help how to unclog my drain in my yard

I have this drain in my yard that clogs when it rains. The roof and the yard drains into it. In one of the pictures at the bottom (SUMP?) there is dirt. I put a metal pipe into it and i only feel dirt or concrete. In the other pictures there is a slit ( overflow maybe?) I don’t know if the water drains through that. I have tried snaking the pipe. When it hits the dirt, the snakes just bundles up. I tried to snake through the slit. No luck, the snake seems to travel upward to drain pipe to the roof. Any help is appreciated.
