Hello everybody! I'm looking for a male roommate who's going to attend SJSU for the upcoming school year to rent an apartment with me, the rent will be $2,995/mo; split between the two of us makes it around $1500/mo.

I'm a transfer student attending in the Fall for Biomedical Engineering.

I've found a 2 bed/1 bathroom apartment with parking, featuring washer/dryer/kitchen that's about a five minute walk to the school.

Move-in would ideally be sometime in July, but I’m flexible depending on the situation.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, relatively tidy, and respectful of shared space. No pets, please.
