Is it reasonable that I feel upset my parents aren’t willing to pay my tuition when they have the funds?
I’m going into my second year in sept 2026 and my parents expect me to pay everything off myself when they are financially stable. I have to work 12 hour shifts 5-6x a week for the whole summer just so I’ll have enough money during the school year for expenses ie tuition, rent, groceries, etc. I also have applied to OSAP and they expect me to pay all that off myself too after graduation. I also did all this during my summer before starting first year, worked my ass off the whole summer and racked up barely enough to get through first year. I’m not complaining or anything, I’m just upset that they aren’t willing to help out at all, not even a dollar 😭
