Since I'm building a project and need help in terms of securing partnerships and building the project, I know someone who has access to connections and funds to help build my project.

But since I'm not well educated on equity, I don't know how I can structure it and what can I ask for, can it just be building or can I ask them to also help me secure those partnerships and how much do you think I should offer them?
