I just started feeding the crows at my new place/balcony about 2 months ago. Today when I brought their plate out, one of them stayed on the railing while I was setting it down. Later, majority of the murder came to visit while I was sitting in my chair and other than looking at me from maybe a foot away, just went on eating. I'm not sure what I did to get them to trust me, but it definitely makes me happy.
