Hello! I’m hoping someone can help identify what’s happening to our plumeria.

Bought as a clipping on Maui years ago, it has really flourished here in Indianapolis. It even flowered for the first time last year.

Since bringing it outside this season we’ve noticed blackening along the edges of some leaves. Is this treatable? Should the affected leaves be trimmed or removed?
