Back in a bidding war on a property. They have the BER rating but no ref no.
I’ve requested it twice now and I’m being ghosted.

I thought this was a legal requirement to either list it on the ad or give it when requested?

I’m afraid now that they’ll take us out of the running if we’ve caught them selling a property with no BER.

For context, we usually look at these to evaluate future costs or what will eat into any savings left.

As the title says. We outbid someone but still didn’t get the house.

The seller requested information on us and about it so we wrote it all out and sent it. The seller read it and declined our offer?!

We were outbid on other properties which we accepted but this time we were the highest bidder.

Surely this can’t be allowed.. we outbid someone but the seller didn’t like us and declined !?
