Passed on my 2nd attempt

I failed my first attempt by 2 questions. I went in feeling confident, my exam scores were in the high 70s-80, I studied every day for 4 months straight only using Kaplan and ended up just not being prepared enough. I went out the night before the exam and hardly studied the week leading up to it.

This time around I felt way less confident, my average scores stayed the same: 77 for exams, 76.5 over 1900 questions for the q bank. I wasn’t able to study as much as I wanted for the last month and was worried that I lost more info than I gained, but this test felt way easier, about 60 questions in I was pretty confident that I would pass.

For the last 30 days all I did was 30 question q bank quizzes on all of the chapters while at work, then I was doing them by section until I got close to 3 80s in a row, I took two practice exams over the last month, I got an 80 and a 77.5. Towards the end I I got a couple of 66’s on the qbank quizzes that I would make, which is what threw me off leading up to my test date.

But somehow it worked out and I passed. It did help seeing other people’s experiences in here and I used the series 7 guru guy almost every day on my hour commute to work, I started to use the Ken Finn guy’s videos towards the end, but other than that it was just Kaplan and thoroughly reading the questions on the exam to understand what exactly was being asked.
