Hi, we are running c.02.03 an older software for certain but our upgrade happens in the fall.

We had a power outage and we needed to replace this central. We are going through the setup and on the verification step the group policy won't correct.

I have done this many times on many Centralia and this is a first for me. I have called Philips but we are a bit remote and help is not coming very quickly. Does anyone know what went wrong?
