Hello, I’m brand new to this community I hope this is allowed. I purchased this top second hand and the smell of the laundry detergent from the previous owner gave me a head ache and made my eyes and throat itch. I soaked it in baking soda water and noticed these stains occurring on the top of the garment. Any idea how to reverse this? These definitely weren’t here before. I’m worried I ruined in.
