Gaming after stroke
Well, more than one year has passed — probably the longest year of my life.
I learned a lot of things: celebrating the small wins and enjoying the simple pleasures of life.
Stay tuned, there’s still a lot to come, but I’m already deeply grateful for my amazing family and incredible friends.
During this year, I celebrated being able to go to the bathroom on my own, taking the tram, bus, taxi or train by myself, playing video games again for the first time after my stroke, wearing all my clothes by myself, and especially getting back to driving.
I also passed all my exams during the second session and made it to the fifth year of pharmacy school.
I’m grateful for everything, and happy that I transformed my dream of rocking on stage into composing video game music.
One year later… still healing, still learning, still dreaming.
