I haven't been making characters in a few weeks because some personal stuff came up which I'm still dealing with. When I got on today I went to check my profile and noticed that I was down from level 5 to level 4 and noticed that over 50 of my bots have been switched to being private from public and receive the error code below whenever I try to make them public again. What is going on and how can I fix it?

I keep getting this error code and I'm trying to understand what it means. The first picture is with the error code and the others are of my character description. If it helps any the code popped up this time for a bot I'm using in a story and not for one that I created
