F40 to a nasal mask? HOW!
I'm one of the "lucky ones" the F40 works super well for. I have a liner from Padacheek, and absolutely love how comfortable it is.
I was looking for a new mask, like maybe I could try something smaller and more minimal. I just tried to use the Nova Micro? nasal mask from F&P, the one that has the stretchy chord like things instead of velcro.
Anyway, how in the world do you get your body used to a nasal mask? I put it on for 5 mins, and my ears feel awful now, I think I pissed off my sinuses lol.
I guess this is my body's way of telling me "If it ain't broke, don't fix it?"
I have a Dreamwear nasal mask too, and another one from F&P, that I won't be using.
What is awful about mask selection as a blind person is that I can't see the masks, so don't know if I'd like it until I get my hands on it.
Anyone in Colorado looking for nasal masks?
