I stupidly ordered from this company BEFORE searching for reviews but I never had any issues with any other sites so I didn’t think much of it. Going on 14 days now and although they have been emailing me consistently, that doesn’t get my crap here any sooner and ended up have to make another order as well as 3 purchases at a smoke shop!! One reason is they have UPS pick up the packages and trust them to be delivered to USPS, if they do make it then they sit there for days sometimes weeks as non-priority. This means there are no tracking updates whatsoever, and some sides will pretend that you SPS is having issues with that, but that is not the case, I have mini mini mini packages that come with a tracking number and they always arrive on time. These companies are going about things the lazy way instead of making sure their product actually goes out they trust some UPS driver that gives zero F’s about these packages and then after that they don’t care what happens because they got their money already. This has been verified by two of my USPS employee friends. If any site makes that claim then that is why and you should not order from them, but you should tell them the reason why you will no longer order from them is due to your packages, not being tracked when every single other piece of mail that is out there can be tracked!! I would definitely not use this company and if you don’t believe me, go find the thousands and thousands of horrible reviews for yourself
