Is there any chance I will eventually get it, or should I assume it’s gone forever ? 😭

I’m quite new to the hobby and just had the massive stroke of luck to pull the Dragonite SIR from Mega Dream. I really love the card and never thought I’d get it. Having said that I have virtually no experience in card grading and wanted to ask if you guys think it would be worth it . I was planning on either TAG (cuz they’re professional) or ACE (cuz I like the label design).
