Everyday Backpack for non-photog EDC

I saw a number of posts and comments here saying the ED pack was a solid choice for EDC, even if you don’t carry photography equipment. So I ordered one and *holy crap* y’all are either delusional or haven’t tried enough backpacks. This has to be one of the *worst* bags I’ve ever tried. Other than the shelves (which is minimally convenient at best) there are zero redeeming qualities. It’s bulky and stiff, the “quick access pocket” is horrible, the laptop compartment is way too tight, and the harness is like a torture device.

I’m a big PD fan, but I cannot recommend this bag if you’re not carrying camera gear.

Is Boundary Supply going to make it?

I don’t mean to be dramatic, but it seems like they’ve been getting an insane amount of hate recently… more than I think I’ve ever seen for a bag brand. First they jacked up their prices and have recently started slapping massive disgusting logos all over their bags. The comments here and on YouTube reviews have been brutal to put it gently. I have to imagine their sales have taken a nosedive.

I’m actually considering trying the Rennen Pro. The logos aren’t as bad, but the pricing is crazy at $450. I could probably swallow the price, but I’m sort of worried the company isn’t going to make it and then warranty and support is gone.
